Water Is So Good For You!

It’s so important for all of us to drink water — children too!  Water is so healthy for you and your body, but not always as exciting to drink.  If you just cut up some fruit/vegetables and add it to your water, it tastes very refreshing and you are getting nutrients from the fruits with no calories!  Yeah!  It might make water more fun for children too–add their favorite fruit!  One of my favorites is strawberries.  I have a clear, glass mug and just add some strawberries.  It’s delicious and looks pretty!  Also, if you want to lose weight, this is great — no sugar or calories like soft drinks or flavored water!  You can also fill a pitcher with a variety of fruits!  Be creative!  It’s great to serve at a party!  Hope you will give it a try :)
